About Me

Hi, I’m Becca.

I don’t consider myself to be a writer, but I write anyway, because I have something to say.  My few disorganized thoughts may be the same as all of the somethings greater minds have written before, but I’ve found that I learn best by saying things for myself.

I am a reader, especially of C.S. Lewis and G.K. Chesterton and St. Augustine and other dead authors who don’t receive enough credit anymore.  I am a teacher – my real job is as a traveling choir director in Chicago.  I am an expert at parallel parking.  I’m a coffee snob.  I’ve learned that acrylic paint, iTunes albums, WordPress, and yarn are cheaper than therapy, but just as effective.
